The technology
Professional-grade diode laser
We use a top-of-the-line 3500W diode laser system designed for professional clinical use. It delivers exceptional results across all skin types with speed, safety and reliability — combining high power output with intelligent cooling and a modern, easy-to-use interface.
The system is the standard used in leading clinics. The difference compared to older lasers is felt in the comfort, the speed of each session and how few skin types are off-limits.
What sets it apart
Built for every skin type, every session
True 3500W high power output
Faster sessions and deeper penetration mean effective treatment across light to medium-dark skin tones — where older systems often fall short.
Triple wavelength technology — 755nm, 808nm, 1064nm
Three wavelengths in a single system cover every hair colour and every treatment area, from fine vellus hair to thicker, stubborn growth. Maximum versatility, more reliable results.
Advanced integrated cooling
The cooling system protects the surface of the skin throughout the session, making treatment notably more comfortable than older laser systems and removing the need for anaesthetic.
The combination of high power, three wavelengths and integrated cooling is what makes modern diode laser hair removal so much more comfortable — and so much more inclusive — than the systems of a decade ago.
Where we treat
Suitable areas
Treatment is suitable across most areas of the body — including face, underarms, bikini, legs, arms, chest, back and shoulders. We assess each area carefully at consultation and confirm suitability before any treatment goes ahead.
Areas around the eye and certain delicate areas have specific considerations. We will discuss these at your consultation.
Common questions
Frequently asked
How many sessions will I need?
Most areas need between six and ten sessions, spaced four to eight weeks apart depending on the area. Hair grows in cycles, so multiple sessions are needed to catch every follicle in its active phase.
Which skin tones is the laser suitable for?
The triple-wavelength technology — including the 1064nm wavelength — allows safe and effective treatment across light to medium-dark skin tones. We assess your skin carefully at consultation and tailor the settings accordingly.
Does it hurt?
The integrated cooling system makes the sensation much more comfortable than older laser systems. Most clients describe it as a brief warm flick — easily tolerated, no anaesthetic needed.
How long does a session take?
Sessions are quick. Smaller areas like the upper lip can take five minutes; larger areas like the legs typically take thirty to forty-five minutes. The high power output means treatment is faster than older systems.
Are the results permanent?
Laser hair removal produces long-term hair reduction. Most clients see permanent thinning and significant reduction in growth after a full course, with occasional top-up sessions to maintain results.
