A precise, modern alternative to traditional treatment for a wide range of skin lesions. Cryotherapy uses controlled, ultra-cold gas to treat the affected tissue at its source — typically in a single session and with no downtime.

What we treat
Six lesion types,
one calm approach.
Each condition has its own dedicated page covering causes, what the treatment feels like and the typical outcome.
Your Visit
Four calm steps from
enquiry to recovery.
Consultation
A short, no-pressure chat about your concern. We confirm whether cryotherapy is the right approach for you before any treatment.
Assessment
We examine the lesion carefully. Anything unusual or warranting a medical opinion is referred on rather than treated cosmetically.
Treatment
The freeze is delivered by hand in five to thirty seconds per lesion. No anaesthetic — you can drive yourself home immediately.
Aftercare
Written aftercare guidance and a follow-up review where useful. We're always available between visits if any questions come up.
After Your Treatment
What happens in the
days and weeks that follow.
Day 0
A brief stinging during the freeze, then the area may feel cool for a few minutes. Most clients return straight to work or daily life.
Days 1–3
The treated area can look pink and a small blister may form. Both are normal signs of the treatment working. Keep clean, dry and unbothered.
Weeks 1–4
A small scab forms and naturally lifts away, revealing fresh skin beneath. Most lesions resolve fully within this window.
Beyond
Healthy skin continues to settle. We arrange a brief review where helpful to confirm complete clearance.
The science
How the freeze actually works.
When a lesion is frozen, the water inside its cells turns to ice. Those ice crystals damage the cell membrane and the cell dies — a controlled, predictable form of cell death.
Healthy surrounding tissue, kept above the temperature where ice damage occurs, is unaffected. Over the following days and weeks, the body's natural processes clear the treated tissue and replace it with fresh, healthy skin.
Pricing
Simple, per-lesion pricing.
We treat several lesions in the same appointment where suitable — and we'll confirm the full total at your consultation.

For one to three tags · £5 for each additional tag in the same session.
